Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of technodict.com and its subdomains (the "Website"), operated by TECHNODICT ("TECHNODICT", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website.

Two companion documents cover matters these Terms do not:

  • Privacy Policy — what personal data we collect and your rights over it.
  • Cookie Policy — the cookies and browser storage the Website uses.

  • Last updated: July 2026

What this Website is — and is not

The Website is an informational and marketing property. It describes who we are, what we build, and how to reach us. Specifically:

  • It is not an offer. Nothing on the Website — no service page, price indication, case study, capability claim or timeline — constitutes a binding offer, quotation or commitment by us.
  • It creates no client relationship. Browsing the Website, reading an article, or submitting the enquiry form does not make you a client and does not create any professional, advisory or fiduciary relationship.
  • Engagements are governed by a separate written agreement. All services we deliver are governed exclusively by an executed statement of work, master services agreement or equivalent signed contract. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement prevails for that engagement.
  • It has no accounts and takes no payments. The Website offers no visitor registration, no login, and no payment or checkout facility.

Who may use the Website

You may use the Website only if you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. The Website is directed at businesses and business professionals; it is not intended for children.

If you use the Website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms, and "you" means that organisation.

You must not use the Website where doing so would breach the law that applies to you, or where you are subject to sanctions or trade-control restrictions that would prohibit us from dealing with you.

Enquiries and anything you send us

When you submit the enquiry form or contact us by email, phone or messaging:

  • Send accurate information. You confirm the details you give are true, that you are entitled to provide them, and that any third-party contact details you supply are given with that person's knowledge.
  • Do not send confidential or sensitive material. Until a confidentiality agreement is in place, treat anything you send as non-confidential. Do not send trade secrets, personal data belonging to others, credentials, API keys, health or financial records, or material subject to a third party's confidentiality obligation.
  • Unsolicited ideas. If you send us concepts, feature suggestions, proposals or feedback without our having requested them under a written agreement, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce and incorporate that material without restriction, obligation or compensation. This does not apply to material exchanged under an executed NDA or services agreement, which is governed by that agreement instead.
  • We do not guarantee a reply. We aim to respond to genuine business enquiries promptly, but we are under no obligation to respond to, act on, or retain any submission, and we may decline any enquiry without giving a reason.

Acceptable use

You may browse, read, print and share the Website for your own lawful, personal or internal business purposes. Beyond that, you must not:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, licence or commercially exploit any part of the Website or its content, except as permitted in Intellectual property.
  • Scrape, crawl, spider, harvest or bulk-extract content, data or contact details by any automated means, other than a well-behaved search-engine crawler obeying our robots.txt.
  • Use any content from the Website to train, fine-tune, evaluate or ground a machine-learning or AI model, or to build any dataset for that purpose, without our prior written permission. We expressly reserve all rights in respect of text and data mining, including any reservation of rights recognised under applicable law.
  • Probe, scan or test the security of the Website or our infrastructure; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data; circumvent authentication, rate limits, anti-bot measures or access controls.
  • Interfere with the Website's operation — by overloading it, by denial-of-service, by introducing malware or malicious code, or by any action that degrades service for others.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Website, except to the extent that restriction is unenforceable under applicable law.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation, or submit false contact details.
  • Use the Website to send spam, to harvest addresses for unsolicited communications, or for any unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing or harassing purpose.
  • Remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice.
  • Use the Website to develop a competing product or service by copying its content, structure or design.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to security@technodict.com rather than testing further. We will not pursue action against good-faith research that is reported responsibly and does not access, alter or exfiltrate data.

Intellectual property

Our rights

All content on the Website — text, articles, case studies, service descriptions, graphics, illustrations, diagrams, photographs, icons, animations, page design, layout, source code and the compilation of all of it — is owned by TECHNODICT or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws in India and internationally.

"TECHNODICT", our logo, and our brand elements are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except to refer to us factually and accurately (for example, naming us as a vendor), and never in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation that does not exist.

What you may do

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Website, and to print or download individual pages for your own reference or internal business evaluation. That licence does not transfer any ownership and ends automatically if you breach these Terms.

You may quote a short extract from an article or page for commentary, reporting or research, provided you do not alter its meaning, you attribute it to TECHNODICT, and you link to the original page.

Third-party materials

The Website incorporates third-party materials — including open-source software, map data supplied by OpenStreetMap and its contributors, and typefaces and icon sets — which remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their own licences. Nothing here grants you rights in those materials beyond what their licences allow.

If you believe content on the Website infringes your copyright, write to legal@technodict.com with: identification of the work, the URL of the material you object to, your contact details, a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised, and a statement that your notice is accurate. We investigate every properly-made notice and remove or disable infringing material where the complaint is substantiated.

Content, accuracy and no professional advice

The Website is general information, not advice. Our articles, AI Insights, case studies, service pages, FAQs and benchmarks are published for general information about our capabilities and about the field we work in. They are not legal, financial, tax, regulatory, security, medical or professional advice, and they are not a recommendation to adopt any particular technology or approach.

Do not act on Website content alone. Every organisation's constraints differ. Obtain advice suited to your own circumstances — from us under a proper engagement, or from another qualified adviser — before making a decision that matters.

Accuracy and currency. We take reasonable care to keep the Website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions, and we may change or remove content at any time without notice. Content is accurate as at the date of publication only; the AI field moves quickly and older articles may describe superseded techniques, models or pricing.

Case studies and results. Any outcome, metric, timeline or benefit described in a case study, testimonial or capability claim reflects one client's specific circumstances. Past results do not guarantee future results, and nothing on the Website is a promise or warranty of any particular outcome for you.

AI-assisted content. if any Website content is drafted or assisted by generative AI, say so plainly here and describe the human review applied. If none is, delete this paragraph rather than leaving an ambiguous statement.

Forward-looking statements. Statements about our plans, roadmap or intentions reflect our expectations at the time of writing and are not commitments.

The Website links to third-party websites, tools and resources that we do not own or control. Those links are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, security or practices of any third-party site, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

The Website also relies on third-party services — including Google Analytics, Google reCAPTCHA and OpenStreetMap tile servers — described in the Cookie Policy. Their availability and behaviour are outside our control.

Availability of the Website

We aim to keep the Website available, but we provide it on an "as available" basis and give no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free access. We may without notice suspend, withdraw, restrict or modify all or part of the Website — for maintenance, security, commercial or any other reason — and we are not liable to you for doing so.

We may also restrict or block your access to the Website if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, or to protect the Website, our users or our systems.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the Website will be secure, uninterrupted, timely, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in this section limits any warranty expressly given in a signed services agreement between us, which governs the services delivered under it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity, anticipated savings or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised such loss was possible.
  • We are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on Website content, from a third-party site you reached through the Website, or from any unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that applicable consumer-protection law does not permit us to exclude. If you deal with us as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Liability arising from services we deliver is governed by the signed agreement for those services, not by this section.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TECHNODICT, its directors, officers, employees and contractors against any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, your infringement of any third-party right, or any material you submit to us.

Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain what personal data we handle and on what basis. By using the Website you acknowledge that you have read them.

Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in making the Website available where it is caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including power or internet failure, hosting or telecommunications outages, cyber-attack, fire, flood, epidemic, war, civil unrest, strike, or act of government.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Changes take effect when published, and your continued use of the Website after that constitutes acceptance. Please review this page periodically. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to highlight it.

General

  • Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it is severed and the remainder stays in full force.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Website, and supersede any prior understanding about it. They do not supersede any signed services agreement.
  • Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours to an affiliate or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or transfer of our business.
  • No partnership or agency. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship between us.
  • No third-party rights. No person other than you and TECHNODICT has any right to enforce these Terms.
  • Language. These Terms are drafted in English, and English governs their interpretation.
  • Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
