Frequently Asked Questions
A sequencer sends on a timer regardless of what was agreed. Here the schedule is deterministic in the same way, but the content is drafted from commitments a rep confirmed after the meeting, and the sequence stops on a reply, an opt-out, a booked meeting or a closed deal. A touch with nothing new to say does not get sent at all.
The summary and the first follow-up always. Whether later, purely factual touches send without individual approval is a policy decision for the sales lead, written down with an audit trail. Whichever you choose, measure the edit rate: if reviewers almost never change a draft, they have stopped reading and the gate is decorative.
Then typed notes and CRM activity are the input, and the summary is only as good as the notes. That is the right default anyway — consent rules for recording are jurisdictional, and building the workflow to depend on transcription means it stops working at the first customer whose policy forbids it.
